TAZAKKA PRO built the Remap application as a privacy-first utility. This Privacy Policy explains how our application accesses, uses, and protects your information in strict compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

1. Prominent Disclosure: AccessibilityService API
Our application requires the use of the Android AccessibilityService API to perform its core functionality. Below is our explicit disclosure regarding its use:

• Purpose of Use: We use the AccessibilityService API solely to detect physical volume button presses (Volume Up and Volume Down) in order to execute user-configured custom actions (such as toggling flashlight, taking screenshots, locking the screen, opening power dialog, navigating home/back/recents, opening notifications, and opening quick settings), and to display the floating AssistiveTouch on-screen shortcut overlay.

• Zero Personal Data Collection: The AccessibilityService API is NOT used to read, collect, store, or transmit any typed text, passwords, credit card numbers, personal data, or screen recordings. All button events are handled strictly in real-time in local device memory.

• User Control & Consent: The service only runs after you explicitly grant permission in your device's Android Accessibility Settings, and you can disable it at any time.

2. Device Permissions Used

• BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: Used to detect physical button presses and perform user-selected system actions.

• CAMERA & FLASHLIGHT: Used solely to control the hardware torch when assigned by the user.

• VIBRATE: Used to provide tactile haptic feedback upon button triggers.

• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Used to display the optional floating AssistiveTouch menu.

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to display the active foreground service notification as required by Android OS.

3. Data Storage & Security
All your custom button mappings, timing delays, and preferences are stored 100% locally on your device using Android DataStore. We do not maintain any external databases or cloud servers for user data.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The app may use Google AdMob (Google Play Services) to display advertisements. Third-party ad networks may process anonymized device identifiers or Advertising IDs in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy to serve ads. You can manage or reset your Advertising ID via Android Settings (Google > Ads).

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
