TAZAKKA PRO ("we", "our", or "us") operates the A9 Pro TWS Companion mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1. Information Collection and Use

We prioritize your privacy. The App is designed as a standalone utility tool to manage and monitor your Bluetooth TWS devices without collecting or uploading personally identifiable information to external servers.

A. Device & Bluetooth Permissions

To function properly, the App requires specific Android system permissions:

• Bluetooth Permissions (BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT):

  Required to discover, pair, connect, and retrieve device information (such as battery status) from your A9 Pro TWS earbuds.

• Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION):

  Required by the Android OS to perform Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning. Additionally, location data is used locally on your device for the "Find My TWS" feature to log the last known GPS coordinates when connected or disconnected.

  Note: We do not collect, store, or transmit your location data to any external server.

B. Personal Data

We do not collect, store, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or live location history. All Bluetooth communications and feature configurations are processed locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App utilizes third-party advertising services that may collect anonymous identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant advertisements.

Third-Party Providers Used:

• Google Play Services

• Google AdMob

These third-party providers process data according to their respective privacy policies.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Local Data Processing: All device interactions, battery status checks, audio equalizer configurations, and "Find My TWS" logs are stored and processed strictly on your Android device.

• Data Security: We value your trust in granting device permissions and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your local app data.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
